Meet Alex
Alex is a 20 year bank teller making $1,5000 a month. He felt bigger things on the horizon and was interested in the world of real estate investment. Like most 20 year olds, Alex had very little capital and no knowledge of real estate. Contracts, negotiation, funding, market knowledge and tracking down a good deal felt way outside his comfort zone.
Alex found a property on facebook that was particularly interesting. He called Peter and went over the numbers. Peter gave him a big thumbs up (it was an awesome deal!!) and jumped on a plane to come see the property and meet with the seller.
Peter provided the contract and helped Alex negotiate the selling price from $125,000 down to $72,500. The property would take about $10,000 to repair. He stood to make upwards of $50,000 on this transaction! With Peter’s guidance, the deal closed smoothly (after a couple hiccups that Peter was able to help Alex navigate.)
