We fund the entire property & project, and absorb all the risk in the deal. Your job as our partner is to source local properties in your area, negotiate the best price, and get them under contract.

Partner Driven actually partners with you and works the deal with you. We provide daily live coaching and online courses to help you locate the most profitable off market deals. We teach how to find, negotiate, and get the deal under contract for the best price possible. Then, we provide one-on-one deal coaching to walk you through every step of getting the deal to the closing table. Once your deal is approved as a solid investment, Partner Driven steps in and purchases the property, funds & performs the rehab, and covers all the closing & carrying costs.

Peter, Julie, and our partners have closed over 3,600 deals over the last 20 years. Our team typically has between 40-50 partner deals in progress at any given moment, as well as an increasing stream of new contracts being turned in daily.
Peter, Julie, and our coaches are personally involved in all of the flip projects and coach and mentor our student partners throughout the whole transaction.

Peter’s passion is breaking down the barriers that hold people back from becoming real estate investors. He eliminates virtually every obstacle through partnering on deals. Peter provides 100% of the capital, and brings his expertise & world class team to actively partner on closing deals. Peter has helped hundreds of new and seasoned investors. His goal is to help newcomers get their first deal done, then keep them rolling in like clockwork!
MEET JULIE MUSE
Julie Muse started in Real Estate as one of Peter’s students in 2016. Julie closed her first deal with Peter and never looked back. Since then, she has profited over $5 million flipping and wholesaling houses. Julie enthusiastically guides & mentors our Partners to close profitable, solid deals. Her passion is doing deals and guiding Partners through the most profitable flips possible.
