Speed. What we say, like, if you really want something, like if you really want a job, how should you act? And my answer to that is always very simple. Be aggressive. I’ll tell you a funny story. Julie, who’s been with me for 12 years now. When I initially hired Julie, she came off literally a Craigslist ads for a bottom end, low position to make some phone calls for me to some find some motivated sellers. And I still remember we had an interview. I was so sold about Julie. Definitely not very fired up, not very excited. She went home, she looked at the Craigslist ad and she saw was still running. She literally called me in a phone and she bullied me. She’s like, how can you pass up on me? How can you still look for someone else when you have exactly what you’re looking for in me?

And she literally bullied her way for the next two days. And to me hiring her for this very low level job, I remember I remember two, two weeks into our relationship. I walked into the office one day and I said, Julie, you’re not just a color. Are you? She said, no, I’m not. And over the years, Julie has slowly progressed. And my company to Walton really get to the point where she ran everything. We do real estate related. She became the CEO of operations and ultimately she became a full fledged partner. How do you hire people? Find somebody who wants to be hired. How do you get hired? Be aggressive, be aggressive show passion, show, courage, moment of being proactive. It’s the person that really wants to be in your organization. That’s the person who you pull it above. Anyone else
