So a huge pillar of success that I’ve learned over many years as the pillar of flexibility. So you got to learn to be flexible. You know, so many times I see people set in their ways rigid in their ways. You know, many times they’re disguised under terms like, well, I’m a principled individual and I’ll tell you, sometimes those things are great characteristics to have when you know, you’re 100% on track. When you know, you’re a hundred percent, you know, knocking it out of the ballpark when you know, you’re hitting it all cylinders. But the reality is when you’re not a hundred percent on track when you’re not hitting it on all cylinders, when you’re maybe kind of lost the overall in what you’re doing, the ability to be flexible is an incredible, incredible success. Pillar. See, I’ve seen many, many people pass up incredible opportunities strictly because they are not flexible.

I’ve seen people pass up opportunities to make money, build relationships, grow, get to the next level. All of those things strictly on their disguise of well I’m a principle person. Yeah. Principals are good and they’re fine. As long as they’re getting you where you need to be, but you got to got to be flexible. See, especially in the world we live in today where things change quickly, technology information, 24 by seven world, you got to got to be able to adjust. And I’ll tell you another word for adjustment is flexibility. The ability to be flexible, the ability to massage your way through things, the ability to overcome obstacles, not just bulldoze through them, but many times sight step ’em go around them and make other plans. The ability to be flexible is an incredible, incredible pillar of success.
