So there’s really two types of people out there that are what are, what are known as proactive people and what are known as reactive people. Now, the reactive people they’re exactly that they react to everything, right? They react to the circumstances around them. They react to the situations around them. They react to the people around them. They’re literally constantly in the react mode. And I could tell you the problem being in a react mode is very, very suddenly. Do you get things done that you need to get done? Because you’re always reacting to what takes place around you. It’s hard to drive the ship forward. If the ship is constantly deviating in different directions, and then there’s the proactive person, the proactive person literally dictates what they do on a daily basis. A proactive person determines what the next step is. And instead of waiting for that next step to happen, they make it happen.

The proactive person, it literally stays ahead of the ball stays ahead of the game. A proactive person literally is the captain for that ship. See a proactive person does not say, well, call me when you’re ready. Or if this happens, let me know. Uh, they don’t wait for things to develop a proactive person. Doesn’t leave an appointment without having the next appointment set a practice person. Doesn’t talk to a seller without knowing what the next step is. A proactive person literally goes from motion to motion, to motion, and they always know what the next motion, what the next step is. See if you truly want to be successful in life, if you truly want to be successful in any facet of your career or your business, you have to drive the ship forward. If you’re reactive, you’re in a wait and see mode, wait to see what happens. So you know what to do next. If you’re proactive, you’re in charge, you have to be proactive in order to be successful.
