So one of the key questions that actually two key questions I ask all my employees once a week is what are the holes and how do we fix it? And what are we doing? That’s good. And how do we do more of it? Literally all my companies, I run based upon those two questions. What are the holes and what are we doing well, by the way, majority of my time is spent on what are we doing well and how do we do more of it?
