I think it’s absolutely critical if you want to be successful to have whatever it takes attitude. You know, I was just remembering when I got started 20 some years ago, because I was so broke, I couldn’t afford marketing. Couldn’t afford it, you know, spend like sophisticated ways of finding deals. So I usually go to Walmart back then and I, I have signed for $2, $2. I would just say, are you interested in selling your house in the middle of the night? I would go and put these out all over Atlanta. So you back then it was whatever it takes. And to this day, whatever it takes, it’s gotta be done.
