So here’s a huge life hack that I follow on a daily basis. And that is a pillar of health. That’s right. Health is a huge, huge pillar. Now we all know how important health is for us, right? We’ve all been in those moments of life where health wasn’t perfect. And we’re constantly reminded during those times how important it is, but how much time do you spend on your health when you’re actually healthy? How much time do you spend on your health when things aren’t necessarily broken? See, here’s what I contend a lot of times when things aren’t broken well, when things aren’t necessarily hurting so many tend to forget about health, leave it behind. Now, worry about it. And that in of itself is a way to start going backwards. When it comes to health, see health is a pillar of success. It could be argued as the most important pillar of success.

No money, no lifestyle, no relationship will overcome the pillar of health, because if you don’t have health, none of those things really matter. Health is the only thing that could literally take your life. So my contention is this because the importance of this pillar, because health is such a vital piece of who we are and what we are by contention is on a daily basis. You have to do something to level up, work out, walk, exercise, jog, anything to keep you active, eat, right drink, right pillar of health. It could be argued as the most important pillar out there. Don’t shoe neglected.
