So when I had very little success in life, I remember anytime I get around anyone with any kind of success, I would constantly, I would tell them about the little successes I had, like as if I was giving them a resume as if I was giving them a report card. And it’s interesting, like the more successful I get, the less I tell people about my successes. So number one, when you get successful and the more successful you get, ultimately your successes speak for themselves. But here’s the thing that I really learned over many years of climbing the ladder of success. See, in that, in the end, yes. Obviously your success does matter to people. Your resume does matter. Your accomplishments absolutely matter. Your skillsets absolutely matter, but I could tell you the more successful I get, I realize in the beginning, it’s not about that in the beginning. It’s about you as an individual who you are, what you believe in, what do you stand for? How easy, or how difficult are you to get along with? So I’ve learned as time went on, as success started coming more and more my way that really in the beginning, it’s all about me. It’s how I am as a person. How was the first impression that I make?
