Speaker 1 (00:00):

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make in life is they try to only be good at or Excel at one thing, like literally just one thing. And so what I mean by that is let’s say, you know, you take a sales rep and his only goal in life is to be able to be an amazing male, amazing sales person at that one product. But everything else, everything else is gone like awful relationships, all awful health, awful habits, awful time management. And what I’ve learned over many years as really, that does not work. Those things don’t go hand in hand. So I tell people, no, you cannot be a, like a top of your game in every facet of life, but you sure can be at the top of the game at many different facets of life. Even if you’re not at the top of the game, be kind of above normal, above average.

Speaker 1 (00:52):

You know, I know you can only be a world champion of one thing, but when it comes to other like success pillars to the health, wealth, happiness relationships prosperity, you gotta be at least average or above. If you neglect it, neglect everything else. I’ve many times seen the things that you neglect will actually drag you down in the one thing you want to Excel. So learn to have high standards in every facet, the habits you, you keep the relationships you keep, how you spend your time, how you treat your health, how you treat your finances. If you learn to be at the top of your game, as much as possible in all those facets, then there’s no question for you to Excel at the highest levels of life becomes a lot easier. Even if that’s just in one area
