So huge mistake. I see people make all the time that make really good decisions is they follow decisions by cities, something like this. Okay. I can’t wait to get started or a week from now, two weeks from now a month from now, I’m going to get started or I’m going to put a plan together. And I could tell you, those are almost fatal words. When you make a good decision, when you make a decision, that’s going to have an impact on your business, on your life, on your future, on your family and those around you. The number one thing you could do is you have to act immediately take an action step. I’m not saying, you know, get it all done within the first week. No many things we do takes days, weeks, months, even years to totally get done. But the key, the key factor in making a decision is you have to be proactive.

So one of the things I’ve learned is when I make a decision, no matter what, within the first five to 10 minutes, I’m doing something, I’m doing something to get started. And I’m not finishing that something until I have a follow-up with myself, literally. So if I make a major decision within the first couple of minutes, I’m actually going to take a first step in moving that decision forward and making that decision happen. And when I’m done with that initial step, no matter how short or how long it is, I’m always going to have the follow-up like tomorrow. Here’s what I have to do. And I literally go from step to step the step. That’s a proactive way of doing things, but the big picture is this. When you make important decisions, when you make the kind of decisions that will alter your life, impact your life, that no question will get you in the right direction. Always, always immediately take an action step, make it move forward, get it accomplished and set up a follow-up critical.
