There are things that you did today or are going to do today. That really really matter. They matter in terms of moving forward, hitting your goals and keep them going on all the strides. But there are some things that you did today that absolutely did not matter. And on top of that, not only did they not matter, they literally moved you backwards. So here’s the goal. The goal was to identify things that matter, that accelerate you and move you forward and do more of those and get rid of things that don’t matter at all.
