What is a real estate agent, a real estate agent basically helps buyers and sellers both sell real estate and buy real estate. A real estate agent that works with a seller as many times, known as a seller agent, a real estate agent that works with the buyers as many times, knowns as a buyer’s agent, and they have different techniques. They have different strategies. They have different objectives on the seller side, the objective of a real estate. Agent’s very simple. They want to sell the property. They want to sell it as quickly as possible, and they want to sell it for as much as possible. On the buyer side, they want to find a property for their clients. They want to find it in the right area. They want to find it for the right price and they want to be able to negotiate it to the best possible deal.

On a typical real estate transaction. Many times there are actually two real estate agents involved, one on the buyer side, and one on the listing side. Now these, all these agents work with what I call consumers or retail buyers. These are homeowners. These are people that actually want to live in these houses or properties. There’s also different types of real estate agents. For instance, there’s what are known as investor agents. And these are the kind of agents that someone like myself, a real estate investor works with. And these, uh, agents have different, different objectives in terms of working with us, they have different timelines in terms of working with us, and they have many times even different ways of finding deals for us or selling deals. For us many times, a consumer or retail agent won’t even work with investors and vice versa. The goal of a real estate agent is to do as many transactions as possible because that’s how they make money to make money on commission.

A typical real realtor could make up to 6% commission. Now, if there are two re-agents involved and many times that 6% gets split both ways. Real estate agents have different types of tech, uh, techniques and strategies. They use both for selling properties and for buying properties and, um, real estate agents work. They work off a system called the MLS multiple listing service. That is where a real estate agent would actually placed their property if they’re selling it. And if they’re looking for a property, that’s where they would actually find all the properties that are available for almost all people that are looking to buy or sell properties. Real estate agents become integral part both from a value perspective, from information gathering perspective, for, from a contract perspective, from a negotiating perspective, there’s no questions that real estate agents make the real estate business.
