Speaker 1 (00:00):

So as you try to climb the ladder of success, as you attempt to do things that you’ve never done before is you achieve goals that maybe before thought were impossible. The one thing I can actually guarantee you is you will encounter counter challenges. You’ll encounter reasons to quit. You’ll encounter defeat. You encountered dead end you’ll encounter people that like flat out tell you this is the wrong thing to do. You’re not the right person. You’re in the wrong industry, you’re at the wrong time. So the one thing I will absolutely guarantee you, if you’ve climbed that ladder of success, you will have challenges along the way. And many of those challenges will literally put you in a position of wanting to quit. How do I know? Because I went through those same challenges when I got started decades ago now in a real estate business, think I quit this thing like a hundred times in the first year.

Speaker 1 (00:48):

Um, and for all the same reasons I had the wrong information, I was discouraged. I made mistakes. I lost money. I hit dead ends and you know, pretty much every mistake that could be made I made. And along the way, I constantly constantly was challenged with this thing. Should I quit? I want to quit this. Ain’t worth it. This is the wrong thing to do. And so in the end, it’s a very simple you reason to not quit. It has to be bigger than your reason to quit. See, in the end back then I realized there were some things that I wanted to accomplish. I couldn’t accomplish them outside of the real estate industry. See, back then I realized there were some things that I wanted. I couldn’t get them outside the real estate industry back then, I realized there were some people I needed to help as a result of this business.

Speaker 1 (01:37):

And I couldn’t do it outside of this industry and on and on and on and on. So as you, as you climb and let our success, as you encounter challenges, as you encounter your reasons to quit, as you encounter your naysayers, you will want to quit. And I could tell you a lot of times, people do quit. And as long as I’ve been at this road of success, I could tell you the only way to overcome all those reasons, all those challenges is literally your reason to fight your reason to continue has to be bigger than your reason to quit.
