Refund Policy

All sales are final. When you purchase a membership, you immediately gain access to digital content, proprietary resources, and community benefits. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be allowed for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances.

Payments are earned in full at the time of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. By purchasing, you waive the right to dispute or request a refund through your payment provider.

This policy applies to all membership levels, subscriptions, and digital products offered by Partner Driven and its third-party providers.

Community Standards

Your participation in the Partner Driven Community includes all interactions on forums, social media, Partner Driven platforms (Circle, Thinkific), and events (webinars, seminars, Zoom calls, live events).

Members must follow the Community Standards. Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of access to services without prior notice.

Code of Conduct

All interactions must follow these principles:
✔ Be respectful, positive, and supportive.
❌ No hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or discrimination.
❌ No unauthorized advertising or spam.
✔ Feedback should be constructive and growth-focused.
❌ No violations of intellectual property or legal rights.

Breaking these rules may result in termination of access without refund or financial relief.

Indemnification for User-Generated Content

You are fully responsible for any content you share in the Partner Driven Community (forums, social media, webinars, training calls, live events, etc.).

✔ Partner Driven does not moderate or endorse user content and is not responsible for disputes, claims, or damages caused by member communications.

✔ You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partner Driven, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any legal claims, liabilities, or costs arising from:

• Your shared content.
• Disputes with other members.
• Third-party claims of defamation, privacy violations, harassment, or copyright infringement.

✔ You waive any claims against Partner Driven for the actions or content of other members.

✔ Partner Driven may remove or restrict content at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

By participating, you accept these terms and take full responsibility for your content.

Disputes Between Members

✔ Partner Driven is not responsible for disputes between members but may intervene at its discretion.

✔ If you have a grievance, you must first contact support@partnerdriven.com before taking further action.

✔ Partner Driven is not liable for any content posted by members and will not be responsible for third-party claims related to such content. Members posting content must indemnify Partner Driven against any resulting legal claims.

Software Licenses

✔ You do not own any software provided for accessing the Services.

❌ You may not transfer, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or create derivative works from any software or materials.

Any unauthorized use is void and may result in termination of access.

No Employment Relationship & Legal Compliance

✔ Users and members are not employees, agents, or representatives of Partner Driven.

❌ Users and members may not bind the Company to any obligations without written permission.

✔ You must comply with all laws when using Partner Driven Services. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination without refund.

✔ Upon termination of membership or services, you must delete all materials obtained from the Company.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Partner Driven relies on third-party platforms, including Deal Driven, Go High Level (GHL), REI Blackbook, Circle, OpenAI, and an independent funding entity.

✔ We are not responsible for service disruptions, errors, or malfunctions from these third parties.

✔ Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

✔ If issues arise, you agree to hold Partner Driven harmless from any claims, damages, or losses.

✔ Disruptions caused by third-party providers do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Funding Disclaimer

✔ Partner Driven does not provide funding directly and makes no guarantees regarding funding approvals.

✔ All funding decisions are made by an independent third-party funding entity at its sole discretion.

✔ Funding is not guaranteed, and not all deals will be approved.

✔ The independent funding entity may reject deals for any reason based on its due diligence.

✔ Partner Driven has no control over funding approvals and is not responsible for securing funding on your behalf.

✔ You agree not to hold Partner Driven liable for any funding denials, delays, or decisions made by the third-party funding entity.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

✔ Partner Driven does not guarantee the success of any deals or funding approvals.

✔ Services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

✔ Partner Driven is not liable for:

• Any losses, business disruptions, or damages, including lost profits.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party vendors.
• Personal injury, property damage, or data loss.

✔ You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partner Driven and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or costs arising from:

• Your use of the Services or Software.
• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Any legal claims related to TCPA, Do Not Call violations, or third-party rights. 

Marketing & Sales Disclaimer

Partner Driven does not guarantee specific results from participation in its programs, and no statements made by sales representatives, marketing materials, or third-party endorsements should be interpreted as a promise of financial gain, success, or specific outcomes. Any descriptions of past results or earnings potential are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance. Participants acknowledge that success depends on various factors beyond Partner Driven’s control, including individual effort, experience, market conditions, and external factors. Partner Driven disclaims liability for any misinterpretation or reliance on informal statements or marketing content not explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Errors & Omissions Disclaimer

Partner Driven makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its marketing materials, website content, presentations, and other promotional communications. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or outdated details. Any inadvertent inaccuracies, typographical errors, or misstatements in promotional materials shall not be considered legally binding. Participants acknowledge that they should verify critical details independently and should not rely solely on promotional statements when making decisions regarding the Services. Partner Driven disclaims any liability for damages resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information presented in marketing or sales materials.

No Waiver & Severability

✔ Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive the Company’s rights.

✔ If any term is found invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.

✔ By participating, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement, including the no-refund policy.

 

Termination & Indemnification

✔ You agree to indemnify and hold Partner Driven harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs related to your use of the Services.

✔ Partner Driven may suspend or terminate access if:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
• You violate the Code of Conduct or Community Standards.
• You breach this Agreement.

✔ Partner Driven may remove your data as necessary.

 

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

✔ This Agreement is governed by Georgia law.

✔ Disputes must first go through negotiation and mediation before arbitration.

✔ Any unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration with JAMS.

✔ No jury trials—you waive the right to one.

✔ No class action lawsuits—you can only bring claims in your individual capacity.

 

Modification of Services

✔ Partner Driven may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

✔ We are not liable for changes affecting pricing, structure, or availability.

✔ Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
