Speaker 1 (00:00):

Peter, Rafa and Julie, how are you everybody? And I know this is a site that’s so many. You probably never seen. Have we ever done this before? Like this? About a year ago? No, like this, not this

Speaker 2 (00:13):

No

Speaker 1 (00:14):

Together. All we have. Okay. But it’s been about a year or so. Very exciting guys. We’re here in Santa Rosa, right? Yeah. We all just got here or their families are here. We’re here for a week and you know what we’re, we’re so glad we’re here with you guys tonight. Cause tonight’s going to be a special night tonight. We’re going to talk to you guys about why we do what it is we do. And talk about some of the benefits we get. So, Julie, what do you like to see? You like to see people?

Speaker 3 (00:38):

Oh, definitely. We’re in Santa Rosa beach, Florida, which is kind of in between Panama city and Destin, right? Yeah. Like edge right along there. So we’re in a different place tonight. We’re here for a week with the, my wonderful partners, Peter and Rafa. And you know what I would, we would still love to hear exactly where you guys are tonight. So I know we got Brad woods from Marietta, Georgia, so glad you’re here tonight. Brad, We got Alan from Dayton, Ohio, Nancy, from Maryland, Shane from, Georgia Dean from Los Angeles, California. So, so glad it’s all you guys are popping on and maybe are starting to, you know, here’s top go over here in the chat. Go ahead and let us know exactly where you are. We got Barbara from Dawsonville, Georgia, pat from Maryland, John Walker from Rochester, New York. Thank you so much for putting that in the chat. So what are we doing this evening guys is everybody’s putting in the chat.

Speaker 1 (01:45):

Yeah, guys, we’re going to get started here in just a couple of minutes, but tonight is really a special night. It’s a special night for us because this is another chance for like us, us to be together for a week. We have our spouses here. They’re actually over there. If you notice they’re closing the doors, they’re like, so, but this is a special week for us. And we’re going to share with you guys, um, about kind of what our plans are here, what we’re doing here, but this is a special night because I don’t think we do this very often. You know, we talk about techniques. We talk about strategies. We showcase our partners. We showcase deals. We showcase how to build this business. But a lot of times we kind of lose sight of why we do this. I mean, we know why we do this. Well, we want to share with you guys kind of some of our personal reasons why we do this business. And um, and we just want to tell you what’s possible really is what it comes down to. Right?

Speaker 2 (02:34):

Absolutely. Absolutely. At guys, as we bring the community together and as we do what we do right at the core is the why we do it. And that why drives Peter than drive drives Julie, that drive the why drives me. And I know that tonight, there’s a why and it drives you. Right? And so, as we do on Tuesday nights, we want to share, we want to connect and hopefully be able to hear from you guys a little bit on your plies.

Speaker 1 (03:08):

Yeah. We’re gonna go ahead, Julie.

Speaker 3 (03:10):

I was thinking, you know, it’d be a cool thing is if Hey guys, for those of you that are on, y’all heard about the Y Peter, explain what the Y is or Rafa explain what the, why is. I would love for people to share with us what their why.

Speaker 1 (03:25):

Well, I’ll tell you, first of all, I think that’s a great question. And we’re going to get, let, let’s get into that in just a minute. No, no, no. But, but the bottom line guys, your why is the reason you’ll hang on long enough, say, you know, uh, many times we get into things for just like, we just want to do it. Like I want to make more money or I want to do something better. And you know what we found, that’s not enough. I mean, you have to have a big enough why that as things happen, as challenges come up as stress happens as like this appointment takes place. So literally your why is the reason, it’s the reason that you’ll hang on to this business and we’re going to get into that in here just a minute. But I could tell you so much, you know, we all have our personal wise, but like when you’re with the right people, they become your wise. I mean, they literally become your wise. They become, they Rafa and Julie and the family, they become, you know, my personal wise. So we’re going to get into that. But that’s, that’s a good, that’s a good starting point Jolie. Anyway, guys, we’re going to get started here in a minute or so again, please share with us where you’re calling in from. Um, we got, we got a good, good, good thing tonight. We’re going to share about, what’s going to keep you going in as business guys. Let’s

Speaker 2 (04:36):

Call it. Let’s start.

Speaker 1 (04:38):

Let’s launch man. Let’s you know what?

Speaker 2 (04:41):

We don’t want to waste anyone’s time. It is the time now. Listen.

Speaker 1 (04:47):

All right guys. Well, listen, the first thing I always like to share is just a little bit about us. You know, some of you guys may be listening to us here for the first, for the first time. Some of you guys have been following us for a little while, but who are we collectively? We are actually a real estate investment company. That’s been around for a long time. Like I’ve been personally in the space for 20 some years. Roth has been in a real estate space all along from some kind of aspect of it, six or seven years, several years, Julie has been in this thing forever. And, and you know, collectively, we came together sometime back and we came up with this model that today we call the partner driven model. And the partner driven model is very simple model. It’s people like ourselves across the United States coming together and doing real estate deals. And you know, we personally like people always ask, well, why would you shift? Like if you were so good and if you guys set such a good thing going, why would you switch to this model? Um, it, we’re doing better now. We’re doing better now. We’re stronger now we’re more effective. So that’s our big, why? You know, we always want to showcase our model. We want to add to that.

Speaker 2 (05:52):

I’m sure tonight. Well, it, his point we were all doing estate. We had a real estate investing company. What is the value of getting connections and friendships and relationships with hundreds of people across the United States was the valley more deals

Speaker 1 (06:12):

And watching them succeed. And like the feeling of that is amazing. You’re getting more deals.

Speaker 2 (06:20):

Yeah. At the end of the day, we’re all capitalists. We want to create a situation where we all make more money. And as we decided to shift a company just a little bit from doing it ourselves to, wow, what if we could bring people on with us partner with them fund their deals is splits of profit with them 50, 50 crazy. That’s the partner driven model.

Speaker 1 (06:50):

And that has become the part. And this is how we do deals. Now, you know, we don’t have our own marketing engine. We don’t have our own negotiators. All the people from the inside are now working with our partners across the United States. So if you’re with us tonight, we appreciate it. But you probably fall into one of two categories. Some of you guys are already partners. You already doing deals with us. Some of y’all are just getting started in your journey. Some of you guys have already done a number of deals with us, and this is just another way for you to reconnect with us. And we so, so, so happy that you guys are here. And my mantra for our partners that reconnect with us on a daily basis, it’s always the same. You know, you want to reset recharge recommit today. We’ll want to show you what’s possible why we do this business and what’s in it for us.

Speaker 1 (07:31):

And so that you could start thinking of what’s possible for you. Some of you are not our partners. And for those of you, we’re not shy about what we want you to do. We want you to become a partner. I mean, we’re off it just mentioned why we do this. Uh, but we also love the fact that we can offer a ton of ton of value back to our partners. You know, with our partners on a daily basis, literally we coach them, we mentored them. We generate leads for them. We provide them technology. We provide capital deals, need capital. We provide back office support. We even help with the construction aspect. And then when we sell the profit, the deals, we just split the profits down the middle 50 50. And that right there is, I’m not sure what Rafa, what that means split 50 50, or that means no, but that right there in essence is the partner driven model.

Speaker 1 (08:19):

So for those of you that have been following us for a while and tonight you’re like, you know what, Hey, I’d love to do what these guys are doing. I’d love to do with them. And then you’re ready to get started. We have a team member on standby. Her name is Barbara. Her number is 6 7 8 8 9 7 1 9 1 7 6 7 8 8 9 7 1 9 1 7. I’m sure it’ll be in your chat. So for those of you that are ready to make the decision and start doing deals with us, like, and when I say start, I mean, as early as tomorrow, get, you know, get things, start moving forward, please touch base with Barbara. She’s a valued team member. She’s on standby. And she is, um, she’s ready to get you. And

Speaker 3 (08:55):

What a great time of the year to get started right now. I mean, if you really think about it, we’re heading into 2021, right? And if you’re going to make plans for 2021, you’re not going to make those the day before the new year. When should you start making your goals?

Speaker 1 (09:14):

This is the perfect time. And along with what Julie said, that has kind of been the mantra of both partners and why Julie’s referencing to this time of the year. You need momentum union momentum. It’s very hard to say on December 31st or 30th that, you know, starting January 1st, I’m just going to be rolling into it. Now, if that’s the kind of decision you make, which by the way, if that’s what you want to do great, but it’s probably going to take you another 30 to 60 days just to get things, you know, often going. There’s something else that’s taking place today in the marketplace. Why we, we here at partner-driven field that urgency to spread the message and to get this thing up and running quicker and quicker, the marketplace rent. I mean, it, isn’t an, and I call this the equilibrium market equilibrium market means it’s something we’ve never experienced.

Speaker 1 (10:01):

You know, Rafa has a lending background. Julie has an infrastructure background. Um, I have obviously an investing background and I could tell you, one thing that does not happen in real estate is equilibrium. There’s always like too much supply, too much demand, not enough supply, too much demand, hard money, easy money, you know, appreciation depreciation where it literally in an equilibrium right now, where is what we’re experiencing is huge pent up demand. And tonight’s not the night to go over it. But if you know anything about real estate, you know, there’s a huge, huge motivation from sellers right now to get rid of properties, you know, because of the pandemic, because of all the stresses it’s created, all the financial issue it’s created, people are like, they want to get liquid. They want to get liquid. What do they sell? They sell houses. I mean,

Speaker 3 (10:47):

I already seen it now. Peter, it’s amazing the, the demand that’s out there with, with all of these sellers going on. I mean, I mean, not, I’m sorry, not with the sellers, but there’s an amazing demand from all these buyers. Like I’ve never, ever, ever seen an agent.

Speaker 1 (11:05):

And there’s no question. And just like Julie just mentioned on the other side of the equation, there’s a huge demand for real estate. People think, well, if everyone, so many people want to sell peat, that means there’s too much inventory and it’s the buyers. No, no, no, no, no. There’s a ton of Newmont money in the real estate. And so whether you’re a retail buyer that has a mortgage, this is an easy time to buy because it’s like free money or you’re an investor buyer who’s been sitting in a sideline. So the bottom line is huge motivation to sell on the other side, huge motivation to buy. So this is the time to get in, but today’s not really about that. Today’s a little bit personal of like, this is a question that does get asked. Like, why do you guys do this thing? I mean, 20, you know, 20, some years in the business, you know, why are you still hitting the real estate business?

Speaker 1 (11:52):

You know, you guys have already built a, a, an investment company, you know, kind of what’s in it for you. And I could tell you as much as we want to share, what’s in it for us. And we’re going to share, you know, some of what’s in it for us. Um, the goal of tonight is for you to figure out while you’re doing this business for you, you know, and, and I always share with people, it’s important to figure that out. It’s very important to figure that out. You know, so many people get into like, there’s a lot of things you could do in life, just for the heck of it. Like I could go just for the heck of it and go work out. I can go just for the heck of it, hanging out with my friends. I could go just for the heck of it, you know, to a baseball game. You know, there’s some things you do just for the heck of it. And just for the heck of it is, is good enough. This industry, you I’ve never seen anyone build real estate. And then the other side they say, did it just for the heck of it?

Speaker 3 (12:47):

No, I’d never

Speaker 1 (12:48):

Heard that. No, it just doesn’t happen. And I’ll tell you why it doesn’t happen. It’s too difficult. It’s too difficult. And if you do something just for the heck of it, it’s not a big enough reason to stay in it long enough to happen. So, you know, a lot of times when people come through challenges and as business, you know, they’ll come to us and they’ll like, they, they, they want us to help them overcome their challenges. That’s very important. Like maybe you are doing a technique and correctly, maybe you’re doing a strategy and correctly, maybe your script that incorrectly. And those are all the things that we do here with partner-driven at partner-driven on a daily basis. But the one thing I always point out to people that do have challenges and they do, or like, they’re in a, but like, oh, is it worth it?

Speaker 1 (13:30):

Do I want to do it? You know, the one thing I was encouraged people do, well, why are you even doing, why did you get in this thing for what’s in it? And, and until you have a, like a clear, precise, succinct answer, I don’t care how good scripted you are. I don’t care what a great practitioner of techniques and strategies you are. I don’t care all of that. Somewhere along the line, you’re going to come through enough kind of stuff. And the BS in this business, that’s going to be very hard. So today when we like reset and recharge, and we challenge you guys in this business, you know, from my end tonight, the challenge is very simple. Why are you in this thing? You know, what’s your I, and in, in, in, you know, as we kind of move on through tonight into trying to figure out what’s your, why, let me tell you like this, like, I’ll be honest with you when we got started with this model, you know, some years back, like I didn’t get in this thing to like, sit in those. I don’t know how big this is, this house we’re in 10,000 square foot home.

Speaker 3 (14:32):

We have three stories where your wife, Ralph, his wife and my husband, we all have our separate floor on the beach with a pole, like in as weird as that sounds. That’s cool. Cause we all have our own personal space. We all have, you know, food like Roth wife has got food delivered here. Like that’s crazy.

Speaker 1 (14:56):

And, and, and as cool as this says, I can tell you, like, when we initially built the partner driven model, this was in the minute, like to me, this wasn’t back then a big deal. Like if somebody said, you know what? You can travel with Julie and Roth and a

Speaker 3 (15:09):

Couple of years.

Speaker 1 (15:12):

And I’ll be honest with you a couple of years ago, somebody said, this was the re this, these were the rewards for you guys out. I said, well, okay, sounds good. But you know, maybe I could have done them back then already, but I can tell you from a personal side is great as this house is. And it’s amazing as great as this location is. And it’s amazing. The reason, my big why right now is these guys. That’s why I’m here today. That’s why I’m building this business. That’s why this week is so important to us. We’re going to strategize. We’re going to work together. We’re going to play. We’re going to share amazing things here together. This is like, literally become my wife, these guys. And, and as is, as you start figuring out your why, which by the way, can change along the way.

Speaker 1 (16:00):

You’ll do whatever it takes. Like for these guys. There’s very few things that they could ask of me or like, say to me that would like, I’ll be like, well that you go figure it out yourself, or you could do it yourself. So, you know, my personal big why? Yeah. The toys of this business are cool. The, the, the, the spoils of this business are cool, but I’m telling you for me, and I didn’t get into this for this. I’ll be there for, I didn’t get into this thing for relationships, but the right relationships I’ve developed with these guys and their spouses has literally become the huge Y

Speaker 3 (16:31):

Yeah. You know, you know, what’s funny now that I think back, you know, in the early days, and I’ve always worked hard, you know, I’ve just, that’s just been kind of, my thing always knew that if I was capable of anything, it was, I can always work harder than the next person, but my why in the beginning was nothing like this. Do you know what my why in the beginning was, was to literally be able to go out, to eat with my family, to any restaurant I wanted to, without checking my account or putting it on a credit card. Like it’s, to me, that was a huge milestone in my life. That was the one thing I wanted to take away. That stress that I had was number one, you guys know me, I love paying bills. I don’t love paying them, but I like my bills to be paid. They

Speaker 1 (17:32):

Prepay bills actually.

Speaker 3 (17:34):

Yeah. I like my bills to be prepaid. I like my bills to be paid. I liked that comfort. Right? So for me, my why, when I got started in this business was that all my bills were paid and not only were all my bills were paid, but then I could take my entire family out to dinner. And I know a lot of you guys are out there like me. Like I was, that was a huge milestone. I wasn’t trying to Rob Peter to pay Paul, to be able to go, do you know what I wanted to do? Which I did for a long time. Okay. But it’s, it’s okay. That your why is different than what we have now, because we all had those same winds back then.

Speaker 2 (18:23):

Yeah. If I may share a, I grew up in Rafa here, right? The, the hidden third.

Speaker 3 (18:34):

You’re

Speaker 2 (18:34):

So awesome. No, but I appreciate it. It’s so I grew up in a family where on once every three weeks on a Sunday, we went to golden corral and it was a very special experience for us. That was honey butter

Speaker 3 (18:51):

Rolls.

Speaker 2 (18:52):

And I don’t want to be it at all. Be little at ease. I’m saying this was such a beautiful, incredible experience. And I remember being 10 years old and a church friend came home with it. It came to lunch with us, and I felt the stress for my family. I felt the stress from my family. And I was like, dad, I’m really sorry that someone came. Is it okay if you pay for them for di? And of course, my father was said, yes, of course he’s part of us. But I grew up with that fear now reality. Right. And as we talk about our wives, I believe our, why are multilevel? Because I think like at a rudimentary level, our why number one is not to live in fear right. In our why number two is then why we don’t want to live in fear for who we don’t want to live in fear. Right. And those things. So, yeah. Peter, thank you so much for bringing us all down here for this incredible mastermind that we’re sharing on a Tuesday night with everybody.

Speaker 1 (20:04):

You know, I think the reason we timed it this way, you know, this morning is we were leaving to come here. I got it. I got a text from one of our team members like, Hey, what do you guys want to talk about tonight? And we had some ideas. We had a very successful partner that was on stand by somebody we’ve done multiple deals with just in the last 30 days. But I’m like, you know what, at a certain point in time, when I think when you get to a certain level, I hate to say it gets easier, but a little bit of dust. I mean, let’s face it. I I’d be lying to you if I told you, oh, from day one, when I got started in real estate, 22 years ago, it was just, I felt all the confidence in the world. I felt just as strong.

Speaker 1 (20:37):

No, let me tell you some back then it was just like zero to zero to zero to zero, you know, failure to failure, to failure, to failure, like doubt the doubt to doubt, to doubt. And so I think the reason I wanted to share this, we all want it to share with you guys today. This is that in essence, this is a tool. You know, the things that we said, we, weren’t going to talk about today, tools and inspiration. This is, this is a tool. This is an incredible tool that so many of you need to have, like, so many of you are building this business strictly based upon a concept, a concept of, I want to do better. I want to make more. I want to, you know, maybe retire. I want to, you know, and these are concepts. And, and so what I encourage for those of you guys that are listening here today, and if you’re still, you know, obviously we’re all, everyone goes to challenge to the grade zero 100 year Y zero. You know, we could make you better negotiators. We could script you better. We can give you better techniques. We find the district, we

Speaker 2 (21:41):

Actually fund them

Speaker 3 (21:44):

And be there every day, you know, to help them with the training, you know, and like that. Why would that, but without the why, like, why would you even try so hard? I think the thing that people don’t understand is is that number one and is that people don’t believe they’re worthy. I really do believe that because I know I still struggle with wanting to believe that I’m worthy number to know that I’m worthy enough to have a why and having your wine. And the struggle is so hard in the beginning. It is so hard. Like I did not grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth. Well, Juliet,

Speaker 2 (22:34):

I think you nailed it. I believe the struggle for, for those of you guys who haven’t done a deal yet. And haven’t like, come to the realization that, oh my God, I can do these over and over and over and over again, over and

Speaker 3 (22:46):

Over and over again, once I

Speaker 2 (22:47):

Systematize it is a process, it’s a situation of fear. Right. And you’re afraid what if the first time I go to talk to someone I fail. I know. Right. But, but I know that you feel like that’s a real thing. I, it is actually for me, like, I don’t, I don’t like that. I don’t want that. I don’t want to fail. Right. Imagine if it has nothing to do with the first person that you’ve talked to, and it has everything to do with the first 10 people you’ve talked to right. In the process. If you have a why, right. The next step is then realizing that what you thought was the actual struggle is not the actual script at all

Speaker 3 (23:37):

Struggles every

Speaker 2 (23:39):

Time. Oh, I was afraid someone was going to say no to me. You know what? I count my as money. And I know that sounds funny literally. And I’ve run marketing and strategy behind here. I work on each note is still worth a certain amount of money for me. Because if I get 10 nos, I’m going to get one. Yes. And that yes is worth X amount of money for me. It’s it’s it was a funny thing to experience from this level, right? They, oh my God. You’re in the faster you can get to the nose, actually they’re worth money because the faster you’re going through, no 1, 2, 3, 4, and five, et cetera, the faster you’re getting to closing your first deal, which is in the thousands, if not five figures worth. Right.

Speaker 3 (24:37):

It’s, it’s so funny that you say that because I used to count nose. Let me, let me tell you how I knew if a hundred people ever told me no, a hundred people ever told me. No, I would hear. Yes. Yeah. Do you know?

Speaker 2 (24:55):

And four or five times.

Speaker 3 (24:56):

Yeah. So I mean, even if that’s it, even if I’m terrible at what I’m doing, right. So in the beginning I never counted the yeses. I just thought I just see the a hundred people today to tell me no. And if I heard a hundred people tell me no, that I’d be better at my craft. I would hear a lot of, you know, I would hear yeses and that’s all I needed.

Speaker 2 (25:20):

And you wouldn’t be closer to the yes. Was just the inevitable of this stuff. And guys, these what we’re sharing tonight, tonight, this is the secret of this. Is it right? There’s some people that think noes mean a deepening. Oh my God. [inaudible], it’s that suck. Right. But there’s some people that take that suck and go, and there’s others and say, oh no, no, no. That’s no number one out of 10. And I’m running for it to get just one. Yes. And that one, yes. Is gonna feed my why,

Speaker 1 (26:01):

You know, as we’re talking about the struggles that this and that I’m going to tear it now, I think we keep them coming back to the same thing. You will struggle in this business. You will get a bunch of nos, no matter how you look at it, you know, no matter how you spin it, Julie’s right. It does suck. I mean, I’ve been at this thing for 20 plus years. And if I talk to a seller and they’re like, well, you suck. You know, it, it don’t feel good, but it comes back to the same thing. You have to find something, that’ll keep you in this business. The why through the challenges, through the hardships, through whatever you have to encounter, you know? So if you, here’s what I always challenge people like people. Well, I got my wife, got my wife. When we’re done here in a couple of minutes, ask yourself what would cause you to step in this business to stop in this business? See, I could tell you almost all the time, the reason people start, it’s never enough. It’s never things they can overcome. It’s never things they can’t overcome. Let me tell you why people quit too many nos in a row, too much discouragement. You know, not enough deals by itself,

Speaker 3 (27:12):

They’re bothered

Speaker 1 (27:13):

To feel by themselves. And so the question you got to ask yourself as this, and be honest with yourself is your reason tonight, big enough to overcome those challenges. I mean, look, some of you guys are going through those challenges right now and you’re this close to quitting, right? You’re like, you already made it kind of mentally. You’re already out, right? Some of you guys are going through those challenges and you can give a crap, right? You’re dialed in you. And then we have partners like that. I could just tell, like the way they’re interacting with us, the way they’re showcasing, the way they’re posting on Facebook, they can give a crap what they’re going through. And it’s the person that falls into that second category. It’s that quiet confidence. As I tell people, you know, you know, people that have that quiet confidence, they don’t have to shout from the mountain tops. They don’t have to be show offs. They just, you just kinda, they know that they know. And so until you truly, I think, know that you know that you know that, you know, you got to keep on working on your why and you got to make sure that it’s big enough strong enough important enough that the every day crap with this business, you’ll sail through

Speaker 3 (28:33):

Peter. Can I X would you guys input in the chat? Would you guys like for me to share my why? I mean putting the chat now, because I mean, it’s hard for me to like, this is a little bit different, but tell me, would you like for me to share my why with you? Thank you. Thank you guys so much for telling me that you want to hear that. I’ll tell you Peter, and I’m going to talk to Peter right now because it’s easier for me to talk to you. And that is for you guys out there, but you know, Peter, for me, my, why has always been my family. I remember my little girl, like eight years ago, looking at me like mama. Like I knew she was hanging on every word. I say, everything I did. That’s what she looked at. Then I met my husband who has three more kids.

Speaker 3 (29:27):

So now we have four kids together. We have a new grand baby. We have, you know, by the way I do take care of my mother. That’s my, why I love hanging out here at the beach and doing all this stuff. Because like Peter in a weird way, he’s like my best friend, even though like him and I are nowhere near the same type of folks. But the Y from the responsibilities that I have. And I’m, um, I’m glad that I have them. That’s why every day I get up and I work as hard as I do. And that’s why every day in the beginning, I worked as hard as I did because I had already lost everything. There was no room for failure. My back was against the wall. And thank you. Thank you for me, knowing the knowledge from you and thank you to myself for being able to like actually complete it. And I know you’re wise the same exact way, cause I know you, but like, God, if I could say anything to all of you that are out there and is this your worth, everything you’ve ever wanted, your family is worth, whatever, anything they’ve ever wanted from you. So one day you have to decide whether you’re going to do it or you ain’t going to do it. You can’t sit on the fence and laugh. You got to hop off or hop on. I mean, that’s a simplistic way of looking at it.

Speaker 1 (31:05):

No, that’s big. And I tell you guys something interesting from my end, how I’ve developed my why and look, um, I think a lot of people could relate to this next statement. You know, something happens in life and you kind of start feeling sorry for yourself. Like, uh, people lose their jobs. People, you know, things don’t go their way, their way. And you know, it’s like, oh me or my, and long time ago I made this shift and this kind of became my, a moving target of Y. And here’s the shift I made. Like, let’s say I was on track to make X amount of money. And all of a sudden I took a hit right before it was me or my what you’ve done quite a few times, which I’ve done plenty of times. But then I learned, I learned that the ultimate, why in this business, at least for me, a huge, huge, huge, why was that?

Speaker 1 (32:02):

I could always rely back on his business to fix that. Right? So like, I didn’t make as much as I wanted to. Oh, me or my Nope, Nope. Don’t fall into the medium I fall into. Yes, you can. You can make in this business, all of a sudden you come into, uh, some kind of a, uh, a hit, let’s say you come into a financial hit, right? So two ways of looking at it, oh, me or my, or this doesn’t work, or the other way to look at it is wow. I happened to be in the real estate business that could fix that. So all ultimately a big part of my, why literally became this, this, this rotating target, meaning every time something, you know, let’s face it. A lot of what we do here is tied into the financial side. But anytime a financial problem happened, instead of pitting myself, I use this business as a way to get to the next level. And that was huge for me. That was huge for me. I mean, we all have like our standing wise, you know, the kids, the family, I want to make a certain amount of money. All right. Talk to me.

Speaker 2 (33:09):

All right guys. Hey, Rafa here. All right. So check it out. My wife started a long, long time ago. Eh, I think everyone on this phone call has been a kid before. Right? Y’all remember being a kid. Yeah. If you do, please type in yes. These anything to help because sometimes we even do forget. Right. But I remember being a kid, Peter, and I remember being a kid and thinking that I did not want to be a slave. And guys, when I say those words, I know those are very loaded words and they can mean a lot of things. And I do not want to belittle the process of the honorable process of going to work because I believe in it, but I didn’t want it to define me. I didn’t want to grow up to go to a college degree, to get a specific specialization that I would then work for for the rest of my life.

Speaker 2 (34:14):

And beg people, beg people for two weeks off. I remember my first Peter, this happened my first corporate sales job. The president is going around getting signatures from us to give him permission to go on a two week vacation with his family. And I said, young, 20 something year old in that company, I felt horrible because I just, I saw my future. I saw my whole future. And my future said, dude, you’re smart. You can do this. You can do that. But no matter what you do, you’re going to be working for somebody else. And that’s the story. My dad told me, that’s the story. My mom told me, that’s the story that I followed. I, prior to that, I’ve gone through the Marine Corps. I went to college. After that, I joined corporate jobs and literally it took two months in a corporate job until I realized, oh no, this can’t be my future.

Speaker 2 (35:20):

I want freedom, Peter. I want freedom. Excuse my language, guys. I want freedom. This is, this is why I’m willing to work harder. Think harder. Look at things in different ways, approach things in different ways, because I don’t want the end result. Everyone else gets at all. I mean, I’m grateful that that exists in an griefful for all the, like how that feeds to my life like that. There are doctors out there feeds into my life that there are lawyers out there feeds into my life. There are the people that can mechanics or plumbers or electricians. I mean like, or roofers. I mean, the list goes on. All those people are so absolutely necessary. And for all of y’all that are, that do that and are also business owners. You have my heart, like 100% because you guys are doing it for you. You’re doing it for yourselves in that was my first aha.

Speaker 2 (36:23):

My first aha was, oh, I’m going to have to figure out how to create freedom because freedom does not come without effort. No, I was knowing you. I know that’s the biggest, that’s one of the biggest things you have. You love that freedom. Oh, I do love that freedom and that freedom and that Y has, has transformed as I’ve grown, as I’ve gotten married, as I’ve gotten family, as my parents have gotten older, I mean, there’s a million different ways that other things happen. Right. But guess what? Because I chose the path of freedom. I have freedom to address those situations. Absolutely. I have freedom when my father took kill with, with cancer. I was able to move back and take care of him and be a caregiver for five years because I had freedom in my work followed me. Did I have to work hard? I frankly, I haven’t figured out when it stops, how hard I work or how hard it actually tastes, but I can tell you it does get funner and frankly I’m yeah, I’m good with, I’m good with working hard and fun. It doesn’t have to go away as long as I’m having fun. And I think that’s the core it’s I don’t think I know that’s the core of partner-driven in what we’ve done here together in our core.

Speaker 1 (38:00):

Yeah. Well, and this, I think this is the critical point here. Let’s talk about this week. What’s in it for us. I mean, because this week I think like literally symbolizes why we have formed this family here because we literally are going to work and play together. So let me tell you some of my highlights of this week, and then maybe you could share roughly with you and then, uh, Julie with you. But for me personally, there’s a couple things on the fund side. It just so that in, I think two or three days from today, we have like a hundred foot boat that we have rented and we’re going to go hang out and Regan to play for a day on this a hundred foot boat. It comes with this cap that it comes with crew. It comes with food. It comes with videographers.

Speaker 1 (38:53):

It comes with jet-skis. It comes with squad, comes with jet-skis. It comes with slides. And so for this week, like if I were to give you one of my highlights, I cannot wait to give him this a hundred foot yacht and hang out there and spend the time with myself, Julie Rafa, all of our spouses is going to be amazing on the business side. This is why it’s so cool. Cause we literally, we’ve now combined businesses and fun and pleasure on the business side. We’re launching like something unbelievable. Like if you’re a partner listening to us tonight, let me tell you this. If you’re listening to us tonight, all I could tell you is we are lead gen is going to be like it’s I don’t even know lead gen is going to be like what we’re doing with our partners in terms of generating leads. You guys here in the next month or two is going to blow your mind.

Speaker 3 (39:45):

It’s like just making them more successful

Speaker 1 (39:49):

With the tools to do it. But let me tell you something guys this week. So we’re taking, we’re doing a beta test this week. We’re launching with one of our top partners, the ability, the ability to generate seller leads and not just seller leads. You know, everybody can, a lot of people can generate seller leads. How about qualified seller leads that goes through a whole process. Okay. And by the way, we dictate what the process is. And then it gets old handed over to our partner like, Hey, this is not just a seller. This is a motivated seller. This is a seller qualified lead that knows that we, there has to be equity and all this, this is what’s coming up for our partners. So the two big highlights for me on the social side this week, the a hundred foot yacht that we’re all going to jump on here shortly here in the next day or two. And on the business side, a huge launch of an incredible tool for our partners. What about you, Julie? What are your highlights?

Speaker 3 (40:46):

My highlights for this week is, you know, and I never actually talk about this, but from a female perspective, do y’all know how weird it is to have two male partners? Like, and I don’t mean, okay, that came out wrong. Two mil business partners

Speaker 1 (41:07):

Talking about Rafa. That’s weird.

Speaker 3 (41:10):

I mean, like for me, it’s, you know, being a female to be in this world with two amazing men that I look up to so much just like I do my husband. Do you know what I mean? Like it’s an in, in a, in a way that it’s, that we all get to spend together, like our spouses get to spend time together. Like Ralph, his wife, Peter’s wife, you know, my husband, Brian, like we can all spend time together because we’re all moving to the same goal. And for me, that’s, that’s the craziest thing ever. So that’s your big highlight? That’s my big highlight for the week. Right?

Speaker 2 (41:55):

Well, my guide guys, I have so many, right. A, but I’m going to start with the easiest one to share, highlight number one, you’re already number one, mastermind, find people that are aligned with your goals and help each other get there. Right? Oftentimes in the story and the hero story is the lone hero. And I know it feels like that. And in many ways, at times in our lives, it is that, but the next level of the hero is the hero that aligns with other heroes. Exactly. And so this week is a week of it’s a mastermind week. We want to showcase it because we want you to do this with those people that you’re connected to. And if you don’t know them, find them, my friends are already in their areas to find them, find them like that was level one for, for Peter and Julie and I to be here, we all found each other. Like we were all looking for something and we found each other. It happened. Then our goals were aligned, which was to create a platform where we could help people generate wealth. And so my number two for this week,

Speaker 3 (43:20):

Like one to a hundred,

Speaker 2 (43:22):

Yeah, I do have a lot, but number two guys, Hey, for the partners that are on tonight, man, you know, that everything that we do is for you guys. And, and, and I know all you guys have show up on your daily calls and are connecting with us and are hearing the work that we’re doing. You know, you kind of know what I’m talking about. I can tell you, you have no idea what’s going to happen in the next phase of partner-driven is how we uncaged y’all to be able to begin conversations with people that want to sell our houses. And, and, and I’m going to keep a general, I’m sorry, I’m keeping it very, very general for those that are a little bit closer to the circle. You guys have an idea what I’m talking about because we’ve been working on this stuff for a long time. We spent the last two years working on partner on deal driven the software that literally pulls in all the information of every house, of every place in the whole United States. And all I can tell you is that we’re grabbing that information and turning it into an outbound system for our, which is crazy, crazy. And that’s what is, well, that’s my goal, Peter, that’s my goal for this week.

Speaker 1 (44:38):

No, no, I that’s. That’s what I was sharing. And I shared it from a standpoint, it will be done. This was my big highlight. And I’m going to see why I’m going to watch Rauf we’ll put it together, finalize it, take it across the finish line. And I’m going to showcase, I’m going to put them on the line. I’m going to tell everybody a lie now, and it’s going to be in a line and on a daily basis. So guys, those are some of the reasons why for us. So guys, the big picture tonight is this find out your reason why, whether you’re a partner ready, or you’re not a partner, find out why you’re doing this. It gets it’s a too hard of a business to do with just for the heck of it. It just, it really is. We don’t want to mislead you and think this is the easiest thing.

Speaker 1 (45:16):

Figure out your why, because when you need the fight, you got to have a big enough why to have that fight. Okay. For those of you that are partners, please, please, please get it. Reset. Recharge recommit. Let’s take it to the next level. Yeah. Yeah. If you’re a partner, the next couple of months are going to be crazy from a motivated seller in like crazy, crazy, crazy. So really get your like pipeline set up. Just do it. If you’re not, you’re a partner, make a decision. Listen, if you want to do this business yourself, great, and we’ll cheer you on and we’ll see you at the top and hopefully we’ll have a chance to, to Hi-Fi you. If you see the value of having a partner like us, a coaching partner, a mentor partner, a lead gen partner, a technology partner, somebody that’s there with them every single day. Literally someone that’s going to generate the kind of quality leads this guy’s talking about here in terms of motivated sellers, a funding partner. If you see value in that and you’re ready to get started tonight, then you need to, we have a team member on standby. Her name is Barbara and she’s at 6 7, 8 8 9 7 1 9 1 7. So if you’re ready to make the move, do it tonight. Other neg guys, I’m going to sign off and I’m gonna let these guys sound. I want to say one more thing.

Speaker 2 (46:30):

Yeah. For those of you guys that are in your, in for those that are not in yet get in first, because the stuff that we’re talking about and what’s happening this week are, is going to come out first people first. Right? And the people that were here first are going to get it first because that’s how we work. That’s the partner model. Right? So jumping,

Speaker 1 (46:54):

No question about it. So guys from my end, I loved it. I enjoyed it. Our night is just the beginning. I think I saw the two spouses go somewhere where it gets a food. We’re about ready to jump in a pool. I was going to show this video, but like it’s too dark, but we’ve got an unbelievable pool. We’re about ready to go, jump in, hang out, have some drinks, have some amazing food, but this is what, this is our big why guys. Okay. So from my end, I’m signing off. I’ll be back next time. Next week. Same time, same place. Anything you guys want to add. I mean, the only thing that I want to add is is that

Speaker 3 (47:30):

Tomorrow never comes and whenever you’re going to make a decision, you need to make it now and you need to need to commit to it. And I promise you, this business is hard work, but it’s worthy of your efforts. And it’s the only business that I personally know of, that you could put this amount of effort into and get this amount of reward. And I am so blessed to be able to receive the award that we’re receiving this week and tonight.

Speaker 2 (48:03):

Good stuff. Yeah. Good stuff, guys. This is why we’re all here are. Why is you?

Speaker 1 (48:10):

No question. Yeah, I guys we’ll see you guys soon. Have a great night.
