I was looking for a way to flip houses, but I have limited resources. I partnered with PD (there was an initial investment, but that goes with any business start up), and they provided training in finding and negotiating deals. When I get the deal under contract, the team evaluates it, to make sure the deal is profitable. Then PD finances the purchase and any repairs needed. Then we split the profit 50%. I already recouped my initial investment with just one closing. I am now on track for several more deals. PD and their staff, work tirelessly to get the deals done.
