Peter:
So are there actually ways that you could buy real estate without any money down there really is. And a custom different ways of structuring deals, different techniques, and also different financing sources. Like for instance, one of the easiest ways to buy real estate with no money down is there is literally finance companies out there. That’ll finance 100% of the purchase price. There are private individuals who could make a hundred percent loan to a potential buyer. Um, sometimes it also comes down to the kind of technique and strategy you’re using. Like for instance, in creative deals where the actual, uh, seller of the property holds on to the mortgage and the new buyer steps in. And so at that point, the terms get made, right? They’re in a spot and the seller may not request a down payment or a large down payment. Sometimes you could literally get into these creative types of deals with no money out of pocket, different techniques and strategies also allow people to get into deals with no money out of pocket. Like for instance, if you’re an investor, if you wholesale a deal, you can do a whole transaction from a to Z, which is closing and not have money out of pocket. So yes, they are actually legitimate ways that as a buyer, you can get into deals without any money out of pocket.
